Softick Audio Gateway is a palm device which does not use Bluetooth Headset as the standard playback device of audio data.
It uses the industry standard A2DP.

If your microsoft audio player has Bluetooth enabled, then you can connect Softick Audio Gateway to your player directly.

If you’d like to use the player’s as a playback device to your Gateway, then you will have to connect your Gateway to your stereo system.

Another possible reason, why you are not seeing your Gateway, is that your Gateway is not paired with the stereo head to your Gateway and you need to pair the two devices.

In the Gateway menu, select “Advanced Settings”
