In consideration for all our clients, if you are running late, please phone ahead and we will try to accommodate as best we can. Please understand we allocate a specific amount of time for each treatment, if you are late your appointment may have to be shortened so as the next clients treatment is not affected, you will be charged for the amount of time and treatment you reserved when booking your appointment.
We suggest you arrive on time or a few minutes early to your appointment to allow time to fill your consultation form and relax prior to your treatment.
MEDICAL INFORMATION
Some of our treatments may not be suitable or may require some adjusting, should you have a medical condition or ailment. Please inform us at time of booking if any of the following contra-indications apply:
- Allergies
- High Blood Pressure
- Skin Conditions
- Low Blood Pressure
- Pregnant/Planning a pregnancy or Breast feeding
- Varicose Veins
- Heart Conditions
- Recent Operations
- Epilepsy
- Scar Tissue
- Diabetes
- Medication
- Mental Health condition
- Hormonal Conditions
- Any Other Medical Condition
If there are any changes to your health, you are obliged to inform your therapist at each visit.

Patch Tests
A Patch test is required for all HD Brow treatments, Brow Sculpt & LVL Lash lift treatments 48 hours prior to treatments.
Please Contact the salon directly if you require a patch test if it is your first visit to the salon.
